Meet the people moving mental health and wellbeing forward at the mentl awards 2026 Gala Final and Wellbeing Leadership Dinner. Join leaders, colleagues, clinicians and advocates for an evening of celebration, new connections and shared purpose.

Join us on Friday 27 November 2026 at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai, as we celebrate the people and organisations moving mental health and wellbeing forward.

Thank you to every organisation and individual who trusted us with their story. Our independent jury of more than 40 regional and global judges is now examining the ideas, action, evidence and impact behind this year’s entries.

Finalists will be announced soon.

Winners and highly commended recipients will receive their trophy whether or not they attend the gala.

The mentl awards celebrate the organisations, teams and individuals making mental health, wellbeing and human connection part of everyday life across the GCC.

On 27 November, that community will come together for an evening of recognition, meaningful connection and shared purpose.

Your next connection could start before gala night

A room full of interesting people is a good start. Knowing who you would like to meet makes it even better.

Through the mentl community app, guests will be invited to create a profile, choose whether to appear in the community directory, and discover people with shared interests in mental health, leadership and workplace wellbeing. Save the profiles you would like to revisit and connect through LinkedIn, so a conversation at the gala can become a relationship that continues afterwards.

Whether you are coming to exchange practical ideas, meet peers or explore a collaboration, come with a conversation in mind. You do not need to be a finalist or entrant to belong in this room.

More than an awards dinner

The Gala Final will celebrate excellence in mental health and wellbeing, but the evening is about much more than trophies.

It is an opportunity to bring together senior leaders, HR and wellbeing professionals, clinicians, advocates, judges, finalists and organisations from across the region.

One community, approaching the challenge from different perspectives but united by a shared purpose: helping people live and work well.

Come to celebrate the people moving our region forward. Stay for the conversations, new connections and practical inspiration that can help us all do more.

You do not need to be a finalist or awards entrant to join us. Booking your place welcomes you into the mentl community for 12 months, allowing the conversations and connections to continue long after the Gala Final.

What our community said

Last year, more than 400 people came together for the mentl awards Gala Final, with finalists representing organisations employing more than 250,000 people across the region.

In our post-event survey, attendees gave the evening an average recommendation score of 9.16 out of 10, with 68% awarding it a perfect 10.
